The winner of the contest will have their design featured on the 2025 Camper T-shirts available through the Tuck Shop and will be recognized in our Spring 2025 Koshlong Current, on social media, and will receive a free t-shirt with their design on it!
The winner will also receive 20 Tuck Shop dollars* and will have the opportunity to have their design featured on other YMCA Wanakita items.
Designs will be judged on the following criteria:
• Originality
• Visibility – Is it eye catching and visible from a distance
• Does it coincide with the mission of YMCA Wanakita
• Feasibility – Must be easy to reproduce

• Must be 17 or younger to participate
• Only one design submission per contestant.
• Designs must be submitted by a parent or guardian
Design Guidelines
Show us your favourite YMCA Wanakita experience! Maybe it’s the bell that rings at every meal, maybe you love being out on the water, or maybe it was the cabin where you made lifelong friendships. Whatever it is you love about Wanakita, we want to see it!
• Must include the words “YMCA Wanakita”
• Design must be for the front of the shirt only
• Different colours are allowed
• Physical design should be no larger than 8.5” x 11”
• Digital designs must be in high resolution and to be submitted as a .jpg, .png, or .pdf file
Must have parent or guardians permission to enter contest!
*Tuck Shop credit is only available to winning campers who are returning to Wanakita in 2024. All submissions become the property of YMCAHBB and can be used in future for promotional purposes. Submitted designs may have to be modified in someway in order to a viable design for a shirt.
