Looking Ahead to 2025

The YMCA’s Annual Operating Plan 2025 continues to put our strategic plan into action, and builds on success in 2024. In 2025 we are focusing not just on participation in programs, but on creating real impact by helping people across our region grow, thrive, and belong. This year, we are tracking both what we do (strategies), how we did them (output), and the difference we make because of our efforts (outcome), ensuring we measure not just participation in programs, but the meaningful changes we create in people’s lives with a focus on our YES Priorities: Young People, Employees, and Seniors.

  • For young people, we will measure resilience, tracking their ability to overcome challenges and build confidence.
  • For employees, we will measure a sense of recognition, ensuring staff feel valued and engaged.
  • For seniors, we will measure a sense of belonging, strengthening their connection to YMCA programs and community.
