Attendees can enjoy nature walks, canoeing and crafts, along with a lunch.

This health and wellness event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and takes place at YMCA Wanakita, which sits on 1,000 acres of land on the shores of Koshlong Lake in Haliburton.
