The YMCA is seeking part-time lifeguards/instructors to work a variety of shifts. Hours of work will be based on the needs of the branch. Aquatic team members are responsible for the delivery of customer service excellence through member satisfaction and safety during recreational swims as well as instruction of both individual and group swimming lessons.
The School Age Child Care Float Staff will work on an on-call basis and will assist the supervisor in the planning and implementation of the SACC program to ensure that the program is delivered in compliance with the policies and procedures
established by the YMCA and in accordance with the Day Nurseries Act. School Age Child Care Float Staff are responsible for the
supervision of children at all times during program to ensure the health and safety needs of all are met.
