YMCA Right Track is a new 12-week nutrition and fitness program included with your YMCA membership. Sign up today and each week you'll join your group for two 30-minute fitness programs - one individualized workout and one circuit-style class. You will also receive a "Getting Started" package, which includes a delicious, dietitian-created meal plan, a place to set your exercise goals and record your fitness measurements to track your progress. At the beginning and end of the 12 weeks, we'll take your baseline assessments to measure your success.

Winter 2016 Meal Plan

As a general rule, most recipes provide the following calories:
- Breakfast: 300-400 calories
- Lunch: 400-600 calories
- Dinner: 400-600 calories
- Snack: 150-250 calories
This assumes that most people will have multiple snacks a day. Adjust the portions based on your hunger, fullness, and health goals.
